Orietta Lanero is graduated in Piano at the "N. Paganini" Conservatory of Genoa as well as in Didactic of Music at the "A. Vivaldi" Conservatory of Alessandria. Besides her pluriennal didactic activity she also works as choir director, not only with "Laeti Cantores", but also with other local choral groups.
In September 1999 she published the article "From sound to fable, getting closer to music" on No. 112 of the three monthly magazine of Music Musica Domani, Ricordi edition, Milan.
She attended the Seminary: Aspects of executive praxis and composition technique of Italian vocal music in XVII and XVIII Centuries, held by M° G. Acciai in Alba (Cuneo) on 27-28th October 1995.
From 1999 she has been member of the Sacred Music Commission of Acqui Terme Dioceses (Alessandria)
From January 1992 she has been the artistic and music director of the Polyphonic choir Laeti Cantores in Canelli (Asti), with which she performs an intense concert activity.
